Dirty Work is a 3 minute stop-motion animation film made at Struts Gallery in Sackville, New Brunswick in 2026.
It was made thanks to the resources of Struts Gallery, and generously funded by the Government of Canada through the Digital Skills for Youth 8-Week Residency.
It tells a cyclical story of revenge and anger. Vengeful puppets are born from anguish and become animated to enact shameful desires of pain inflicted on others.
The score was written by Ben Mike, and performed by Owen Kurtz and Sierra Weston as Sweet Lips.
